I use Kai razors, which are widely sold in pharmacies and supermarkets in Japan, but I don't know if they are available overseas.

The blood came off my towel just by washing it with water and soap. If the towel has been there for a while, spraying it with hydrogen peroxide will remove the blood through a chemical reaction. (I'm using a translator so the sentences might be strange. Sorry.)
