I am aware of allegations by Shir0wan that I only “recently” filed a chargeback against her for an art commission on Vgen. The dispute was filed all the way back on December 8th with Vgen over use of AI in art. 4 separate AI detectors were checked and, I checked with multiple artist friends. In particular the background was what was at issue, Vgen has a no AI policy. Vgen attempted to contact her for resolution however they informed me they received no response from her multiple times. Vgen instructed me to file for chargeback on the art since they hadn’t heard back from her on the 23rd of January at which time she blocked the process by modifying the status. I was again instructed to file for a chargeback by Vgen on the 12th of Feb which is when it was processed. I have not used the art other than the initial post when I received it and do not intend to use it as the money for it has been returned and it is not mine to use. If Shir0wan has issues with this process, I would refer her to Vgen, Vgen TOS and to check her email from vgen.
I didn't want to have to make this post, especially while tensions are still high. But this client has now officially stolen from me by filing a chargeback months later due to a personal fallout. If they would have come to me, sure- I might have refunded them- but I recieved no dms regarding this. I know many look up to them, so it may not be easy for you to believe this, and it's okay if you still support them- but this needs to be known. Things happen behind the scenes that they don't want you seeing. They claimed that the work was not delivered (despite posting it and saying how they loved it) and got my vgen suspended and now they have overdrawn my paypal. They're claiming that my art is all ai generated despite me showing the layer separation on pieces that were in progress and people watching me draw these. I'm sorry that it had to come to this, but I'm not going to just let you steal from me without consequence.

@shir0wan here is my offer. The original fee was $63 I’m willing to send you $32 and split it. You admit you didn’t even know the source of the background. Your post shows your PayPal balance is in the negative and this would help you get back on your feet a bit.

As shown in the paypal screenshot, the dispute caused a fee on top of $15. I will not take the post down unless the full amount is sent, but I will cease attacking/exposing you for the $35 (half of the $72 that was charged to me over this).

Don’t send her anything she openly uses AI, you’re not gonna get a bad rep for this, she’s openly racist using the hard r as a white person. Ignore her post and don’t send her anything

You need to educate yourself on the law. A service is considered final once payment is processed. You cannot legally charge back for a service that you later on decide you do not like. The people who suggested you do this should also educate themselves in this regard.

It's been months later. Why be so scummy? Like seriously, it shows bad faith if you want artists to work with you ever again.
