I saw him sitting on the porch of the Ditch dump today. He's definitely in Tonawanda. I tried to get a picture of hime as I drove by but he was watching me. I was too dangerously close to touching the poop! My picture looks like when you take a picture of Sasquatch. I tried zooming in but it didn't help. His elbow is up in the picture if that helps? He was messing with a box or something in front of him. Sorry I couldn't do better. I had to get out of there!

I'm thinking either they had a break, got their shit together, considered what Janet asked and they've let him back. Probably not to stay but just to spend time with them.
Otherwise I'm thinking there's a chance Andrew's moving somewhere else or has no place to crash while something is being done. He might be getting some stuff moved or he's out there for a week maybe until his new living situation is settled.
He could be trying to play the whole thing "straight" as in "disabled" man off to see his family and carefully sprinkling his BS to create the narrative that he wants, leaving a trail on his Facebook to give himself validity for the future. That recent wall of agony he uploaded could be a "Nobody is gonna read all this shit and they'll just take my word rather than read all this crap" kinda deal.
It's nothing new for him to get his attention fix from just posting on Facebook without it jumping right into some big event.
Who knows? Maybe we'll see they've let him back, Joe is either mopey over it being temporary or permanent and seeing him more.

Tom allowed him to come back? We already knew Tom was a PoS, but as far as I'm concerned, this utterly destroys any sympathy anyone should have for Tom. He literally allowed the creature into his home. He wasn't forced to accept him. Guilt-tripped, maybe, but not forced.
