Keep the IRC as it’s useful for communications, but somehow not allow people to change their name.
Sharty I would take a frootist approach with lower bait tolerance, letting the site run itself while occasionaly stepping in. Wiki I don’t care much about, it can stay the same although I would bring back the templates because that was pointless. And booru I would try to have a lower tolerance for namefagging and namefag drama, as the ‘tosses that come out of it are usually useless.
