I successfully replaced my old caregiver laptop and iPad.
She got a family member iPad and couldn't reset it. She didn't have access of the apple account and I had to find a work around to reset it without having the old apple account to transfer the device to my caregiver.
She also had a laptop that she got from a family. Her hard drive was corrupt. She asked me to replace it and good thing to see her battery was starting to have bubbles mean it was not safe.
I can fix computers. I had help with put the small screws in the laptop. I got the screws out fine.
It shows no regression.
