The post modernist french philosopher Focault had some interesting ideas on this topic.

He believed that the ultimate purpose of the criminal justice system is to uphold the power and dominance of the ruling classes. The function of law and order is to maintain an "order" or a "system" that is enshrined into the constitution and the various laws that govern a society. And in most cases this system has the existence of class structures either directly or indirectly encoded within itself.

Consequently, it doesn't matter if a single officer or fed in this system is an honest public servant who has the best interests of the public at heart. As long as he is part of a system that is built upon an assumption of holding some people over others, that's what he will eventually end up doing.

This is how you get a situation where the extraction of labour Surplus Value is legal while stealing private property is a big no. This is not just about corrupt officers, who do the bidding of powerful people, and it's not a matter of implementation either. The very concept of what counts as a crime and what doesn't preserves the interests of the dominant classes.

It isn't though. Property theft, through squatting for example, is perfectly legal, as long as you pick the right target.

That comes with a lot of caveats. And for the most part private ownership is still untouchable. And most of it belongs to firms like BlackRock, who hold it on behalf of the multi millionare or billionare class.

Try to swindle them out of their money and you'll end up in a jail faster than you can say Surplus Value

Yeah that's what I said.
It's not the crime that matters but the target.

Yes but in the grander scheme of things the very definition of crime itself is target dependent. We simply don't see it that way because we have been taught to accept the current definition of what is a crime and what isn't. A lot of exploitation that is legal today would have criminal consequences if the targets were in power. And a lot of things that are illegal today are precisely so because a status quo must be preserved

That is good. It is better that instead of waging war on innocents for slavery (a necessary evil) you target the criminal and wicked elements in society to become a labour force. Whereas commies enslave their own free citizens for the vile sin of owning personal property.

Besides prisoner normies live a better life than incels. They have female prison guards to fuck, gang connections to procure resources and so on. The era of brutal murky gaols and harsh labour has long gone Tbh.

So stop caping for prison niggers IMO. Advocate for incel related causes.

criminal and wicked elements in society

The point of my post was that who gets to decide who and what counts as criminal depends on who is in power. And the purpose of criminal justice system is to maintain that power structure. Now in modern society neither the elites nor the people have total control. So the criminal justice system is a mixed bag that punishes "anti-social elements" that hurt both sides. (But it still mostly works for the elites otherwise they wouldn't manage to become elites in this system)

Yes sadly this leads to cover-ups and purges

But it seems like a pragmatic use of justice is inevitable. Normies will always be pragmatic and corrupt
