I always enjoyed watching podcasts with health experts.

And ADHD is a subject that keeps popping up.

After watching hundreds of episodes and many mental notes I have found 2 very simple, natural ways to get rid of ADHD quickly.

Every ADHD expert I have ever watched has said that ADHD medicines never fix the problem and always cause worse long-term health effects.

It is just that doctors were never trained on how to fix ADHD. They were only taught how to make the symptoms better.

But never fix the real problem.

The first step is to start exclusively nose breathing.

I have never seen a person who suffers from ADHD who is a nose breather.

They always mouth breath.

And that causes a huge problem with their psychology and makes them nearly always in fight or flight mode.

It goes a lot deeper than this but there is not enough time for me to explain it in this article.

Never mouth breathe again.
