We have confirmed that personal information has been leaked due to unauthorized access to our outsourced server. We deeply apologize for any concern and inconvenience this may cause. Please refer to the "Second Report: Investigation Status and Response Concerning Unauthorized Access to Outsourced Server" separately released on this website for details on the circumstances, the subject persons, and the information that was confirmed to have been leaked.
We have started notifications in order, after carefully examining the data with the advice of experts and identifying individuals who need to be notified in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (For those who are difficult to notify individually due to the fact that we cannot confirm their contact information, this announcement will be used as a substitute for notification). As of January 2026, there have been no confirmed cases of damage that may have been caused by the misuse of related information. However, we ask that you exercise caution when receiving suspicious phone calls or e-mails, and in the case of e-mails, please delete them without opening them.
We take this matter very seriously, and have not only made our faculty and staff aware of the importance of thorough management of personal information, but have also alerted our business partners to whom we have outsourced our operations. In order to prevent a recurrence, we will continue to review our data management system, strengthen the management system of our outsourcing partners, and do our utmost to restore trust in the company, while seeking advice from specialized organizations. We sincerely apologize again to all parties concerned for any concern and inconvenience caused by this incident.
