That’s close to what I have scribbled in my notes, sans leeks. What I’m thinking is thin bread dough that will rise in cooking, rolled, filled with semi-cooked meat mince, spices, veg, the dough is pulled over and sealed, then pressed down so it’s round - somewhat thin, and baked
