Pronunciations vary across the Realms. Zhents themselves say "ZENT-tar-rim," but many call them "Zen-TARR-im" and they don't correct it, and folk of the eastern lands (Raurin, Semphar, et al) often say "Zenn-tah-reem" because of their accents, and again, no corrections forthcome.
