It's spam. I received a "Tronlink" email today, only it had Chinese characters instead of Russian. As to what it means, I think it's safe to assume that they want to either sell you something, or lure you into a situation where your identity or credentials or money are stolen. The majority of all spam is focused on one of these areas.
