Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen our Capture team. This team leverages intelligent technologies, including OCR, AI, and ML, to extract relevant data from paper and digital invoices—eliminating manual checks and reviews. You will join a distributed, hybrid team across Poland, Sweden, and Tunisia, working from our Cracow office in R&D, DevOps, Customer Success, HR, and IT.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure cloud applications perform reliably and efficiently for customers.
• Maintain and improve the platform for developing and running applications.
• Identify and implement improvements in Microsoft Azure infrastructure to ensure security, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Define and promote best practices for effective use of Microsoft Azure.
• Oversee deployment of new software in production environments.
• Automate processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor, measure, and troubleshoot all aspects of applications and infrastructure.
• Participate in incident management and postmortems, focusing on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• System administration experience is preferred over purely development-focused backgrounds.
• Experience running complex cloud-native applications on public cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Operating Kubernetes clusters in production; familiarity with IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) and GitOps.
• Proficient in scripting and comfortable with development in C# and .NET.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Grafana and Elasticsearch.
• Comfortable working with both Windows and Linux environments.
• Curious, eager to learn, and driven to adopt new cloud technologies.
