It is not hard to talk a child into saying anything. When questioning a child, the least bit of focused questioning can cause the child to regurgitate fantastic claims. Children are very canny. They can sense what an adult authority figure wants and will try to provide what it wanted. If the investigator wants to find terrible abuse, it's all to easy to unintentionally get exactly that response even if it is not true.

Oh, yes. Sorry. I started rambling about seeing old movies. I read a another comment about seeing a movie when its contemporaries were long gone. It does suck. But not because the movie is less than it was, but because you no longer have the group references that made the movie so meaningful when it was seen. My great-grandfather was 95 in 1939. He remembered the civil war and told stories with clarity and detail enough to make you re-live it with him. It wasn't a nice time.

Seeing a classic movie on the big screen is a great experience, except for the people who wander in and don't have the common decency to STFU and watch the movie. You know the ones, I'm sure. Clicking away at their cellphones and giggling like vile children. The ones who bring their children there because they can't be bothered to entertain them at home and hope to eke out a few minutes of quiet while the the brats annoy someone else.

When I was a child, the closest town to us didn't have a theater. I didn't get to see a movie until I was 9. We went to New York City so my mother and aunt could see Gone with the Wind. It was a 6 hour drive from our place. The theater was what people now would consider gothic, with huge wall and ceiling murals, gilded moldings and trim everywhere. There were theater boxes and huge curtains for the stage.

I didn't really like the film except for the war parts. I've seen it since and like it somewhat more than when I was 9. There wasn't any popcorn, either.
