Q :

How to check in online

A :

- For domestic flights, online check-in via the Nok Air mobile application opens 24 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure.

 - For domestic flights, online check-in via the Nok Air website opens 24 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure.

Note:
 - Boarding gates close 20 minutes before departure.
 - Passengers are advised to arrive at the boarding gate at least 40 minutes before departure.
 - Don Mueang Airport (Domestic flights): Terminal 2, 3rd Floor, Row 15.

A :

 - For domestic flights, airport check-in counters open 2 hours and close 45 minutes before departure.
   - Online check-in via the Nok Air app opens 24 hours and closes 45 minutes before departure.
   - Online check-in via the Nok Air website opens 24 hours and closes 1 hour before departure.

Note:

Change Booking T&C

Q :

Conditions for flight changes (fees, route changes, incorrect booking)

A :

Nok Lite / Nok X-Tra
 - Flight change fee: THB 750 per passenger per flight (domestic routes).
 - Flight change fee: THB 1,210 per passenger per flight (international routes).
 - Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the original departure time.
 - If the new fare is lower, Nok Air reserves the right not to refund the fare difference (same fare class).
 - If the new fare is higher, passengers must pay the fare difference.

Nok MAX
 - No flight change fee. Passengers only pay the fare difference (if any).
 - Changes must be made at least 3 hours before departure.

Q :

Booking the wrong route

A :

 - Nok Lite tickets cannot be used to change routes (both domestic and international).
 - Nok X-Tra and Nok MAX tickets: Route changes on domestic flights are subject to a fee of THB 1,500 per passenger per flight, plus any fare difference (if applicable).

Q :

How to purchase baggage allowance

A :

 - Must be purchased at least 24 hours before departure.
 - Purchase channels:
    - www.nokair.com / m.nokair.com
    - Nok Air Mobile Application
    - Airport counter
    - Call Center: 1318 or +66 2 439 3344 (international calls)
 - The total baggage allowance (included + purchased) must not exceed 40 kg.

Q :

Carry-on baggage policy

A : 

 - Passengers may carry up to 2 items with a total weight not exceeding 7 kg:
   - One bag not exceeding 36 x 56 x 23 cm
   - One personal item not exceeding 40 x 15 x 30 cm
Carry-on liquids: 
   - Total liquids must not exceed 1,000 ml.
   - Must be in containers of no more than 100 ml each (maximum 10 containers).
   - All containers must be placed in a transparent zip-lock bag.
Power Bank:
   - Maximum 2 units per passenger.
   - Each unit must not exceed 32,000 mAh (160 Wh).
   - Power banks are not allowed in checked baggage.

Q :

Tickets without baggage allowance

A : 

 - Airport baggage purchase is a flat rate of 20 kg for tickets without baggage allowance (Nok Lite).
   Fees: 
   - Monday–Thursday
      - Domestic: THB 1,200
      - International: THB 1,500
   - Friday–Sunday & Public Holidays
      - Domestic: THB 1,500
      - International: THB 1,800
   - Purchase is available only at the airport check-in counter.
   - Excess baggage fees still apply if weight exceeds the allowance.
 - Excess baggage fees:
   - Domestic: THB 400 per kg
   - International: THB 500 per kg
 - For connecting flights, excess baggage fees apply to both flight segments.

Q :

Maximum weight per checked bag

 

A : 

 - Each checked bag must not exceed 30 kg.
 - No valuable or fragile items are allowed in checked baggage.
 - Nok X-Tra and Nok MAX tickets include free baggage according to the fare conditions.

Q :

Special baggage and fees

A :

Special baggage refers to items requiring special handling and additional charges, such as:
 - Sports equipment (bicycles, golf bags, surfboards, fishing gear, etc.)
 - Musical instruments (guitars, drums, keyboards, etc.)
 - Large electronic devices (TVs, computers, etc.)
 - Oversized items (longer than 40 cm, wider than 75 cm, thicker than 50 cm, or items requiring special handling)

Fees:
  1–20 kg: THB 500
  21–25 kg: THB 1,000
  26–30 kg: THB 1,500
  Bicycle: THB 500 per unit

Terms & Conditions

Q : Traveling with children
A :  - Infants under 14 days old are not permitted to travel.
 - Infants aged 14 days to under 2 years must travel on an adult’s lap (1 adult per infant).
 - Children aged 2 to under 12 years may not travel alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 16 or above (adult fare applies).
 - Passengers aged 12 to under 16 years may travel alone but may not accompany children under 12 years (adult fare applies).
 - Passengers aged 16 years and above may accompany children under 12 years.
Q :

Required travel documents e.g. Pink Card

A :

The Pink Card (Non-Thai National ID for migrant workers) can be used for domestic air travel, provided it is valid and properly registered.

Q : No-show tickets
A :  - Passengers are eligible for a refund of airport taxes only.

 - Nok Refund: Must be purchased together with the ticket via all channels.
 - Nok Protect: Available only via www.nokair.com
 - Nok Meal: Must be purchased at least 48 hours before departure via all channels.
 - Nok Seat:
   - Website: Up to 4 hours before departure
   - Mobile app: 12 hours to 45 minutes before departure
   - Airport: 2 hours to 45 minutes before departure
   - Once selected, seats cannot be changed.
