A lot of the guys doing that activism have no way of asisting the palestinian people with their struggle but just by promoting awareness of it they increse tge number of people willing to donate.
A lot of these guys might just be doing performative activism but why would it matter if they still provide awareness and link to places where people can donate to them?
I see this especially with twitter liberals where whenever they get a hit tweet they have a gofundme for a palestinian family this week and another family next week.They probably cant afford to donate everyweek but they can help in the donation efforts by providing awareness.
