That's an "it depends" answer, depending on where you want to live (an expensive city like Waterdeep?), when (Realmstime), and how you want to live (subsistence farming, idle lives with wealth to spend lavishly, monk with no personal possessions, etc.). #realmslore

I feel like 1372+ Neverwinter would be the best pick, given how it's hailed as the most civilized city in the Sword Coast. And when I say 1372+, I certainly mean AFTER the Wailing Death. I don't much fancy the smell of burning corpses.
