Had a dude go afk last night because “jungle didn’t gank so he was throwing” (already was, ryze top. Threw from the beginning LOL) and then when he saw we were winning without him he started ryze teleporting into their entire team 💀 I feel your pain, but that’s not everyday. Just play pvp if ranked stresses you too much.
Any version of rumble no matter tanky or more ap focused is stealing my lp! Thank you so much, it’s nice hearing from someone that actually plays rumble on how to counter him, it’s like getting insider tips hahaha. Though I would say out of the two build paths you mentioned for him the ap build seems to cause me way more issues so mercs and force of nature will now be standards for me to build right away against him. Before I was just scared to deviate from nasus’s core items, but now I know better. Also, what do you think about runes against him? Should I be going more tank focused runes or should I be going more green rune path with revitalize overgrowth and second wind to just sustain the lane? I’m kinda league noob so things like that are foreign to me but i am trying to learn. Usually my standard runes are fleet, item crafting, transcendence, and demolish with over growth as a final rune since I want to spend more time stacking. Also sometimes swap demolish for axiom archanist if I’m feeling spicy and want the q to be up really quickly in ult and to get the ult back faster after takedowns. Honestly though I think I just struggle a lot with spacing him and not panicking over losing farm, like the other commenter said a good rumble will never entirely let you freeze and that’s so true and makes me panic to see the wave crash. Thank you btw for mentioning his overheat mechanic, because of being bad I was not aware that that was apart of his mechanics to begin with and now I’m understanding why I get chunked down so fast. (Edit. This was not you this was the other commenter but both of you gave me really good tips about his burn) You have saved my lane with this comment 🍷 cheers; the tip about baiting him out by not going for the minions is so good and I’m going to try it as soon as I get a chance again
I can get that tbh. Putting yourself at a disadvantage is tilting. Nasus is just the character I’m comfortable playing hence me wanting to play him and not other top laners. Do you have any suggestions for some that would be “similar” to nasus in a way so I could ease myself into learning different characters and improving my top lane pool? Maybe garen would be a good start to learning other laners since he seems simple enough to grasp.
I probably would be, but for some reason switching the hero because the matchup is bad doesn’t feel satisfying at all for me to win! I was like this in overwatch too before I tried league, always playing sombra into every cc in the game until eventually I learned to make it work 🤣 Maybe I just like overcoming the odds IDK
Okay I appreciate the tip but I’m trying to learn how to play against him as nasus. Not to be rude or anything like that, but if I just pick a ranged top laner into him I learn nothing about playing into him has the champion I want to play. Even if it’s a hard matchup I still want to learn without taking shortcuts like banning him or changing the champion I want to play.
Ah okay. See I was building trinity force first and wasn’t aware I should be building sundered instead. My standard nasus build I’m going is usually trinity, sundered sky, armor pen item (I’m forgetting the name. It has a picture of a spear with a blue background) boots are usually cooldown boots, last items are usually situational depending on how fed the enemy is. I’ll try out your suggestions next time I have to play against him! Thank you!! His burn is genuinely the most annoying part about playing against him. It feels like even if I’m freezing the wave well and only walking up for last hits he still does soooo much chunking down my hp!

Like the title says. I like to otp nasus and I really really struggle into rumble, he’s about the only match up of annoying top laners that gives me any sort of trouble. Any tips against laning against him or itemizing against him? Or is it just a skill issue and I’m bad ;-;
Just quit this company. Horrible management, horrible conditions, horribly organized. Expect tons of work for little pay, and for them to cut your hours and give you bullshit excuses why. Expect unprofessional management with snarky attitudes that bark orders at you and criticize everything you do despite paying you so little and handing you an insane workload. Expect promises the company made to you to be broken. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They took over our contract this year (formally SSC) and it’s been a shit show ever since.
Our school is really old, and they keep rebuilding it onto the older parts of the building. 2 students have committed suicide (TW) down in the oldest part of the building. I was alone down there one night cleaning bathrooms and saw a black figure walk past me while I was cleaning a mirror. I searched to see if anyone else was down there and nobody was there. Another time the door down there kept locking and unlocking itself all night long, and I seen a door slowly open itself one night. I can’t stress how thankful I am to no longer cover that area.
I’m nami otp with 60% winrate, I’m not scared of pyke or nautilus/blitz. It’s all about how u play your champion. Playing more than one champ you are handicapping yourself from mastering, you cannot master all those champs. Pick 2 with your best winrate and focus on those supports and you will win more and climb. Also looking at your builds, you’re basically running the same items every game. Take sickle on nami instead and poke the enemy and you’ll get more gold. Learn to build around whoever on the enemy team is carrying. Learn what the items do and how they interact together and with runes. Promise it will do you more good than playing 69 different hero’s and mastering none of them.
Gameplay
Genuinely I WISH the system filled me top lane I love playing top lane but it’s always JUNGLE. I’ve got filled top maybe once in months of playing. You’re right though, nobody wants to play those roles because you have to play perfectly, and if you mess up the games over. I however love living life on the edge and playing nasus no matter what LOL. There’s such a great joy watching enemy top laner try and dive me under tower and then get withered and die to tower dmg ☠️
My current cleaning company (SSC) lost the school contract and we have to switch to HES because they won the bid for the new contract. I’ll genuinely not sure what to expect from this new company and was wondering if anyone had any insight from their time working with them?
Hey man when you were working with the kids were you offered a kaivac for the bathrooms? A kaivac will take the pee smell right out of bathrooms and make it WAY more manageable. At the Highschool I do bathrooms for I wouldn’t ever use bleach. I only use fabuloso for floors and crew for sinks toilets and everything else. it takes the piss smell out too with your daily mopping (old school, I made it my goal to make the bathrooms not smell like piss) and then on thursdays and fridays I pull out the kaivac and spray the entire bathroom down with the pressure washer (water and a bit of fabuloso) I don’t have problems with the pee smell anymore and only get compliments on my bathrooms.
Oh it’s no problem man I completely understand just yeah. I’m not looking to leave this job. Believe me I know mgmt doesn’t care I’ve worked in lots of different places and it’s all the same, they truly DO NOT care. I guess really I’m just screaming to the void and wanted to be funny with my sign because saying “please be respectful in the bathrooms!” Hadn’t worked. Even if they were able to continue fucking them up (and let’s be honest they probably will even having to clean it themselves) I would still not quit this job because only one bathroom out of the many I do being bad, isn’t enough to quit. I would still do my job, just grumble about it and then move on. I understand being jaded though I worked in fast food for a loooooong time and compared to that hell this job is a blessing even having to clean up shit everyday. Kaivacs exist and I don’t even have to use my hands. Also I was a blue haired teenager at one point I think it’s fair to say 😆
Are you inbred? I said I love this job the only problem was that bathroom. And for the record the kids were antagonizing me not the other way around bestie. They actually got caught today and they will be cleaning it for me for the rest of the year. ❤️ Edit: these are not kids either. They are highschoolers that should know better.
I think you’re misunderstanding. I actually love this job, my only problem is that specific bathroom. Literally my only complaint. You act like I shouldn’t say anything about high schooler degenerates pissing all over the floor and wiping their shit and cum all over the wall. I knew signing up to be a janitor wouldn’t be glamorous but at what point am I allowed to say this is fucking ridiculous and have something done about it? All the comments suggesting I leave assume I hate this job and that’s just not the case actually. I am in fact paid to clean up shit and piss but I’m not paid to be targeted by blue haired zoomers every day. And for the record, I didn’t get to update the post but the kids WERE caught today and now they will be cleaning that bathroom for me for the rest of the year.
They really cannot do worse than they’ve already done. I’ve dealt with shit on the ceiling. Full rolls shoved into urinals and toilets. Shit smeared on the wall. Piss everywhere except the urinals. Ketchup packets busted and splattered everywhere. One freak even busted a nut onto the wall for me to clean up. If they can top all of that somehow I would give them an award
