BigSur 26 with Liquid Glass Preview 1

So even though I just released BigSur 26 (For Windows 7-11) with lots of exciting stuff, I couldn't rest until I got the Blur effect just right (and not with the Mica Blur from Win11).

It's a bit of a workaround, here's a little secret: It's a small application that will blur the wallpaper exactly where all the Widgets are

I think the effect turned out great and I want to integrate it tighter into the Big Sur 26 ecosystem so that the UX is seamless. As a bonus, there's no performance hit as it doesn't run after "setting" the wallpaper.
