📢 Account Security Update: Email Verification Required for Full Access
Dear PixAI Community,
To help keep your account secure and ensure a smooth experience on PixAI, we're strengthening our account verification requirements. Effective February 17, full access to certain rewards and community features will require a verified email address.
Why we are implementing this change
Recently, we've seen an increase in abusive activity, including automated account creation. This can affect community fairness and place additional strain on resources intended for genuine creators. Strengthening verification is one of the steps we're taking to better protect users and keep PixAI reliable and fair for everyone.
What this means
Accounts without a verified email address may have limited access to:
- Daily Credits
- Quest Rewards
- Event benefits (e.g., giveaways, promotional credits, free trials)
- Messaging and commenting
In addition, if an account was registered using a disposable or temporary email address, it may be moved to Unverified status. Users can regain full access by adding and verifying a new valid email address.
We recommend checking your email verification status before February 17 to avoid any interruption.
How to restore full access
After the update takes effect, if you notice limited access to certain features or rewards, please go to Settings → Account and verify a valid email address. Once verification is complete, full access will be available immediately.
If you believe your email address is valid but your account is still restricted, please contact our support team via the Feedback Page.
For faster assistance, select: "Account Verification Issues" → "Email already verified but still restricted."
