With over 20 years of experience, they have worked across various sectors including public policy, gender equality, and civic tech. Ann has founded the European Youth Parliament in Georgia and served in multiple capacities at organizations such as USAID, the National Democratic Institute, and the Eastern European Centre for Multiparty Democracy. They possess a strong commitment to capacity building and women's political participation, currently holding an expert position at the Governance and Engagement Competence Center of the e-Governance Academy. Ann's academic credentials include a Master’s in European Studies and ongoing postgraduate studies in Strategic Communications.
