The apartment is large. You will enjoy:

- Balcony attached to bedrooms in the back with a grill.
- Lots of light throughout the unit including the bedroom.

The apartment is located on 18th street halfway between Dolores and Guerrero. This is a great location that is:
- Right next to Bi-Rite, a great local market
- Less than half block to Delfina, and Tartine the best bakery/pizzareia/italian in the city
- A couple of blocks from many other Valencia shops/restaurants/bars.
- Half a block from Dolores Park (maybe the best park in the city)
- The most sunny area of the city

Very good access to public transportation:
- On the 33 bus line
- J MUNI is 1.5 blocks away
- BART is 4.5 blocks
- Google bus stop is half a block

The unit is very modern with recent fresh paint and decorations. It has a VERY large and open living/dining/kitchen area. Amenities include:

We are so glad to have found this AirBnb! The location is top-notch, truly walkable, right by Dolores Park, and with tons of great restaurants and cafes near by.
As others have said, the property is HUGE. The layout is great with bedrooms on one side and the large open concept living room, dining room, kitchen on the other side.
It’s clear that Lenza and Marie care a lot for their home and we are grateful to have stayed here. It had everything we needed from extra linens to spices and more.
We’d happily stay here again and now recommend it to friends and family!

Lenza’s place was great! It was super well located and convenient. Right by the best spots in SF and the park! Lots of TVs and well thought out with roku to continue watching what you were watching in the living room in the bedroom, light switches by the bed, etc.
Do note that there’s no peloton and there’s no weekly cleaning. Lenza is responsive in case anything comes up!

It's a spacious apartment in the mission, where there aren't any hotels. The place itself is modern, has plenty of amenities and most importantly two bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect option for friends or even two couples visiting San Francisco. Would be hard to find a better combination of a great apartment in one of the better neighborhoods.

Lenza’s apartment is in a great neighborhood in the Mission District right near Delores Park. We love the neighborhood- stores and tons of great restaurants and the apartment was perfect-clean, well stocked kitchen appliances, which allowed us to cook with ease, and great lay out. Lenza was also extremely responsive with our inquiries. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son. Thank you for making our visit in SF enjoyable.

We loved Lenza's apartment. Everything was very clean and neat and the apartment is modern and spacious. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were very convenient. The apartment has all the conveniences including a washer and dryer. The location can't be beat: groceries and sandwiches right next door and Dolores Park around the corner. Valencia is fascinating during the day and magical at night. Thanks Lenza!

The apartment is perfectly located close to transport, Dolores Park and other great shops. Though it's super central, the bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment so you can count on getting a great night of sleep as well.
The place is bigger than I expected and because of the on-suite bathrooms it is a perfect place to share with a colleague or friend.

I've stayed in Lenza's apartment with a co-worker for 1,5 weeks and it was great. The apartment is huge and comfy. Everything was as described and well equipped. The neighbourhood is awesome, with many bars, bakeries, restaurants and shops in walking distance. The bedrooms are not facing the street, so it is really quiet at night. Lenza was quick and helpful in all communications, I would definitely recommend this place!

I enjoyed staying at Lenza's place! Super comfortable, spacious, has everything I would need. The bathroom is amazing, incredibly big and with huge mirrors. The location is great as well, just in the middle of everything. I haven't had a chance to meet Lenza in person, but our communication went well, he was always available to reply any questions.

One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. Perfect location, spacious apartment, extremely comfortable bedroom, great shower to kickstart your morning and a very communicative + friendly host. Although I didn't actually meet Lenza in person (he was traveling with work), he kept me up-to-date on everything from key location to other guests staying in the apartment. He did everything to make me feel at home in his place! Highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant stay in this spacious Mission apartment. The bathroom was awesome, with dual shower heads and a jacuzzi tub (which I felt too guilty to use, considering the drought, but it was still beautiful). Lenza was responsive and helpful. Also, the location was fantastic! So central and surrounded by so much hustle and bustle. Despite all that, the bedroom was quiet and comfortable.

Lenza was great! He was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The bathroom was amazing, and the main room of the apartment is huge and nice. Great area as well, very close to Dolores Park, public transit nearby, and lots of great restaurants around. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Lenza is incredible. She was very quick with communication. The place was very tidy and had all the necessities for a long night's stay. Any guest would be lucky to book their place. Enjoyed the stay 10/10

Incredible host, apartment, and location! Lenza’s place was exactly what we needed and had great wifi, desk, and room setups for WFH. The place has many chargers, speakers, and TVs in the rooms which was a nice surprise and very convenient. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped, the bedrooms were cozy and comfy, and the master bath was huge and very functional. Lenza as a host was very accommodating and always quick to respond. The only thing I would note is that the Peloton was not in the apartment for our stay, which isn’t a huge issue.

The apartment is located in the safest part of Mission district and 1 min walk from Dolores park. An organic supermarket is also at the next door.

Lenza's apartment was INCREDIBLE. Located literally on the best block in San Francisco, above Bi-rite, and right by Dolores park and Tartine Bakery. Their place was extremely spacious and comfortable. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for more!

Lenza's place was simply awesome! The area is perfectly placed between a hub of bakeries (Tartine! And more too) and restaurants and dolores park is right next door. So even while you are not out exploring sf or the district, the place itself is spacious, homily and calm. Everything was well kept and clean. The in built washer and dryer unit came in handy too and then bi rite goodness was just a thought away. Lenza was bt home but very prompt and communicative. Definitely looking forward to comjng back for our next trip to sf!

Unbeatable location in the heart of the Mission - right by Dolores Park and minutes from 16th & Mission BART. This is where you want to be. The apartment itself is super swank. I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with goodies like organic cheeses, roasted almonds, and fancy liquors!
