It was our dear friend Alice Gafner’s 102nd Birthday yesterday!!! Alice comes in to Bouton’s to do her exercise routine every Tuesday and Thursday from 12-1:45pm every week. We asked her what the key to living a long, happy life is, and she told us to continue going out and about, and staying active!•

* Upright Stepper- 5 minutes, 100 steps
* Recumbent Stepper-25 minutes at level 7.5
