@TheEdVerse dearest Sage, what can be said for the Field Ward of Waterdeep in the current era? The adventure I'm writing currently is set there, and I've found it to be nothing less than a clean yet gritty slate for street level intrigue, danger and an examination of low-living.

...in Field Ward comes from rooftop catch-cisterns or has to be bought from carts, so it's not a place where bathing is popular, either. It DOES have many taverns and "easy" (no formal registrations or taxes collected) mini-inns (a few upstairs rooms or beds for rent) and clubs..
