I WAS THINKING ABOUT THIS Teeth are fine because there is no sugar in my world, the food is infused with magic anyways, also the mages put magical fluoride in the water. There is a literal pipe guild. Imagine New Jersey Mob but they are all hyperactive to make the pipes work.
