The Ooni is a lot heavier than a KA. Hope it's got weight capacity to hold that baby up

Guys I have just received my new halo mixer my Ka died, what's the general steps for a yeasted sandwich loaf as I've tried batches using my steps from my Ka and both have turned out poor with the bread on the 2nd loaf a complete disaster any help would be greatful
