This house is conveniently located for easy access to groceries, dining, fast food, UTA, Theater Arlington, Cowboys, Rangers and Arlington Memorial Hospital. Easy access to Dallas, Ft. Worth, HEB and DFW.
We limit the house to 3 individual occupants. We have created 3 ample living quarters with excellent noise separation. Multiple common living areas allow for relaxing in individual settings. Kitchen has gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator dishwasher and breakfast nook. There is an empty refrigerator in the garage (attached to the kitchen) if you do not like sharing refrigerator space. Central heat and air with heat produced by gas. Owner pays all traditional utilities. Fenced back yard and ample shade make this a pet friendly property.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor. This room has multiple closets and built-in cabinets. It has its own bathroom with walk in shower. Your rent also includes access to all the common areas downstairs, back yard and 1 bay of the garage for parking. You can bring your own furnishings, or I can furnish it for you at no additional fee.
