I'm all for dom and sub roleplay but this is way too extreme.
It's not healthy at all. It's abusing psychologically vulnerable people who genuinely need help.
Of course some, e.g. total bottoms, only ever have a total desire to please, but that's consensual.
In this context, it seems like consent is withdrawn altogether, e.g. a slave.
