Everyone came in suit and tie on 9/21 to my office.

Go in a suit. It should say in the email to wear as suit as the dress code that day.

Also bring something to eat and drink when you have to painfully sit through Neo. You’ll likely not get a lunch break. But only get two short breaks during the new employee orientation.

Suit first day. Then collared shirt such a polo and khakis or similar is what we were told. Mostly everyone was in suit first day.
