BPPC to ERO
Have any other black shirts encountered the ability to do Virtual academy? I used to be a processing coordinator and opted out of virtual since we had NO ARREST AUTHORITY. However I did recently meet two other BPPC’s who are doing it virtual. Even tho it is my understanding we don’t qualify. Just trying to get some clarity if I messed up by emailing them on myself that I don’t qualify for virtual.

I’d just leave it and see what they say. Everything is just a mess in this surge hiring. I’m a current BPPC with a failed poly over a year ago and received a job offer. I’m hearing I’ll get my DQ soon but have yet to receive anything.

I have not heard of pc’s doing the virtual, I believe this is only for agents transitioning to ero but I could be wrong. We will have to wait and see. And yes lots of them including several friends who are coordinators started the process but were soon Dqed due to the poly. It sucks but hang in there yall

You do need arrest authorities, they taking people that where in civilian position at DOD like HR and putting them under ERO for the mean time with no LE experience

Word is that anyone that wasn’t LE with arrest authority that got assigned virtual training needs to speak up because they got it by mistake. A buddy of mine that was a black shirt was assigned virtual but luckily once he got to his office he explained the situation and he’s pending to go to the academy.
