I failed a polygraph for Los Angeles Sheriffs Department. Is that still a DQ, or is it only for federal department polys?

I don’t think local poly matters. It’s only for federal polys but don’t quote me on it

Heard same. Haven't seen any emails sent from ICE about local poly denials however it may be because the background investigation is ongoing and the immediate information they can pull about failed poly's is federal. However it would make sense for them not to care about local ones.
