The person at your office. Hr is the one handling your time sheet unless told to do so and you have access. Every office does things differently either hr your supervisor or the support staff will get this squared away. Too many people think the fed government is this streamlined machine. This is typically how it works when first starting federally at any new agency whether you transfer from one agency to another or from the street. There is always a delay, but you get like backpay.
