I was BP at 12 step 9, I took a pay cut to 11 step 10 and just got my 12-9 back after a year. I don't know if it's field office specific or not.

I work with a couple of guys that came from OFO and they didn't take a pay cut at all.

I'm pretty sure that was an option, but they wanted me to rewrite my resume and do so me other stuff and to tell you the truth I'm a little lazy. Not to mention we were working so many hours that I just didn't want to spend my own time on it.
