I applied 09/25/2025 and when I checked the portal on 09/26/2025 it says CLOSED on all the steps what does this mean? On my USA jobs it say received?

Ice portal does not work, I have a TJO, fingerprints, SF86 and drug test all completed and it has not once reflected that on the ice portal. It all says closed for me aswell.

ICE portal is showing that im still pending… been working for the past three weeks at my field office, its very unreliable and very broken
