ERO Retention Bonus - 20%?

Hello! I heard that ICE approved a 20% retention bonus for ERO for two years. Is there anyone closer to the inside that can confirm this? That would be a good help since it seems getting approved to match previous pay after 90 days is hit or miss. Many thanks!

For DOs already employed. I believe the cutoff to accept was last Friday.

New hires are eligible for a recruitment incentive, not the retention incentive.

20% for fed transfers, and 50k for new hire or returning employees

You get the first 10k within 90 days of you hiring and then 10k every year you entered duty

That’s for new hires not 20% retention bonus. The 20% retention bonus is for current employees
