Like it or not, the other website is the reason why this website exists in the first place. Even if we don't want anything to do with it or to talk about it. It doesn't mean we get to obsess over it like a bunch of splintercucks. But it is part of our history

-More shit you have to cover in order to moderate.
-Not enough trusted manpower to have a dedicated wiki team.
-Makes it easier for dataminers to get info without having to be present when important things happen when everyone else privy to it was there and don't need it to be restated. (unless it's a 'teen liker page then it should be there to inform others about her crimes o algo)
-Soyhistory articles seem to be very capable of being biased and played up even as supposed retellings (in my experience it's all about whatever slant they want it to be and who is entrenched in staff especially when /anthro/ stuff was concerned HunterII)
IMO we can probably have a page on avfoo proper detailing our history. We don't need a fully fledged wiki talking over how this came around to being starting from /cfa/ and why we do things certain ways.

There's the original threads on /trash/ about Fiddle when all the drama went down. That can help set up the context over why Fiddle's drawings are used and seen all over by various people for generally the same reasons
