Formerly known as the Halloween Expansion, this is an expansion to CircusRama's UCN Roster Builder. If you've downloaded previous versions, you'll know it from their account, but starting from New Year 2023 it will now be hosted on my account instead. Thank you to CircusRama for starting this project and hosting it for multiple years; I hope whatever lies in the future lives up to it.
