Fascism is authoritarian ultranationalism. Albeit soyboys will create 24 minute video essays philosphically pondering over its definition.[1]
It started in Italy as a response to growing socialist movements, and sought to reconcile class tensions by positioning itself as a "Third Position" separate from capitalism and communism. Hitler later co-opted it, focusing on racial identity rather than a national one.

Neo-fascism is the fascism exhibited by the majority of fascists in the west post WW2 and nusoiglucks on the Sharty. It differs from normal fascism in its immaturity and actual implementation in the real world. Neo-fascists are edgy discord teenagers who are trying to be fascists, they typically show no regard for human life and they only deny the holocaust because other fascists do.
When Neo-fascists grow up, they either stop caring about politics, change their ideology, become genuine fascists (thats not REAL fascism), become esoteric fascists, or become hardcore racists (if they have below average IQ and/or severe autism).
