□■What is Family Safety Navigation?■□
This is a secure GPS service provided by KDDI that helps you locate your family.
By downloading the app to your smartphone, you can easily locate and monitor your family's location using the GPS function.
Perfect for keeping an eye on your children's commutes to and from school, cram school, or extracurricular activities, or for keeping an eye on elderly family members who live far away.

★Now supports data communication with au Starlink Direct!
　By using satellite mode on a compatible device, you can monitor your family's location even outside of the communication area*.
　Providing peace of mind for leisure activities at the beach or in the mountains or in the event of a disaster!
　(Service area: Outside the au 5G/4G LTE area within Japan [including territorial waters])

□■How to Use■□
To use this service as a searcher, you will need an au ID. (Non-au users can create an au ID for free.)
The person searching can also use this service by downloading the app.
Supported devices: iPhone, Android™, mamorino series, 4G LTE mobile phones
(If the person being found is using a mamorino series or 4G LTE mobile phone, please register as a partner with the pre-installed "Genzaiichi" or "Anshin Navi (being found)" app.)

□■Main Functions and Features■□
[When using the Family Anshin Navi app together]
●Continuous location tracking
Simply launch the app to instantly check each other's location. The person being found can hide their location by turning on privacy mode.

●Spot Notifications
Receive push notifications when your partner enters or leaves designated spots. Register your partner's school or frequently visited places as "spots" to instantly check their arrivals and departures.

●Daily Movement History
Check your partner's movement history on a map. Specify a time and check their location in 1-minute increments.

[When the person being found is using a mamorino or 4G LTE mobile phone]
●Mimamori Search
When you want to know your family's location, you can check their movement status every 20 seconds.

● Timer Notification
A push notification will notify you when the preset time arrives. You can check the route history.

● Area Notification
By specifying an area, such as a cram school or school, you will receive a push notification when your family member enters or leaves the area.

[Common Features]
● Battery Level Notification
When your family member's device's battery is running low, you will receive a push notification with their location.

● Up to 5 Partners Can Be Registered
You can monitor up to 5 people simultaneously with one app.

*The "Family Safety Navigation App" may consume more battery power due to the location measurement specifications.
　Please make sure your smartphone is charged and has sufficient battery power before using the app.

*Location accuracy may be reduced depending on the signal environment and GPS satellite environment, such as in underground malls, inside buildings, or in the shadows of buildings.
　Positioning information obtained by Safety Navigation depends on the device's measurement sensors and GPS accuracy, so it cannot be used for purposes requiring high reliability.
