I think balance is good in most cases. Being too lenient means these freaks will continue to be freaks and being too strict could get people permabanned over a misunderstanding. Appeals exist for a reason and people like Zeed need to understand websites are not the US government. We don't need heckin' due process because it's a website and we aren't sending you to prison for breaking the rules. Plus in the United States, you still get detained even before you are proven guilty and it's better safe than sorry
