Nothing like a trip to Hammer Barn and a snag while I wait for my Claude quota to reset...

oh my god I can finally _think_ and not just be sweaty. I cannot believe it took me this long to get around to installing this. it's not the most efficient in the world, but if I only use it about 10-20 days per year...
also I was really smart to buy this in the winter, it was only 350 AUD, now it's 550-800 AUD depending upon which retailer you use. Phew!
Wow. That’s basically free. The same unit here (where it is winter) is over 800 CHF. Every year I tell myself I’m going to buy one and when the time comes, we just flee to Chicago for a few weeks to escape the heat wave.
the real cost, of course, is the energy bill over its lifetime.
Is this what they give you when you vote?
I can't vote yet! But yes, sausage sizzles happen outside polling stations and also just at every Bunnings on weekends.
I feel like if Costco offered a free hot dog with proofof voting, it could save us here :/
It's not free, but hard to go wrong with 3.50 AUD and knowing you're supporting a good community cause (in this case a local men's shed)
I'm pulling bluey SO bad on this :)
Question is...did you get a pizza oven?
I got parts to install my portable air conditioner so I can stop roasting! so the opposite of an oven.
quotas are actually a blessing it means i can be omegaprogrammer until i hit my quota and then i can be slow little worm and read things / experiment until quota comes back
yeah, it does help ensure I touch grass.
