Monthly Progress Thread: March 2020
For those unaware, each month we have this thread to show off your progress and support each other as a community.
Now this could be anything from progress of aesthetics, size, or even lifts.
Lifts would preferably be videos. You can post pictures of specific body parts or just overall progression.
If you have identifying tattoos, be sure to photoshop/cover those up, if needed.
We, as the Mods, would like to take this time to point your attention to Rule 4 - KEEP IT FRIENDLY and on Topic.
This is a thread to uplift each other.
In the past 6 months now I’ve bulked 52 lbs, I was ejected out of a car almost a year ago. I couldn’t workout due to injuries. I’ve ran one cycle of Test/Mast/Var 500/350/50, and cruised on Test/Primo 100/100 with 2 weeks of Sdrol at 20mgs for 2 weeks. Pre-Cycle 142lbs

Figured I’d throw my hat in here since I’m extremely bored at work.
Currently 6’3, 240lbs on 150mg Test Cyp a week. SUPER low dose compared to what is usually thrown around here, but I want to see how little I can use and make gains before bumping up dosages. Been pretty impressed with this ol’ cannon recently. Excited to see results down the road.

166lbs pre cycle, 180lbs 4 weeks in, 197 8 weeks in (first cycle).
Roast me I probably deserve it. My delts and arms are lagging pretty hard compared to my upper in general. Altho I'm trying stay relatively lean I'm looking for a freakish look, prefer to stay more athletic.
Starting to fill out. 12weeks slow bulking left.

Finished 9 week LGD cycle (i missed about 4 days of lifting for a comp, so i said fuck it and went for one more week) feeling great. i’m 5’7 175 currently, and feeling good. I have to hit chest a ton more, because it’s a weak point for me. My back is good, but the angle I posted is a little off. Great first cycle, and I can’t wait to run a basic test cycle.

I’m currently prepping for my first bodybuilding competition and I’m starting to shred down pretty effectively. Still holding a bit of water but I think it won’t be hard to drop when I add in mast. I’m on my first tren cycle and my sleep is terrible so any tips for improving it would be much appreciated.

Results of 1st cycle (500mg test e, 12 weeks). Didn't get too fancy with it. Just 500mg test, nothing more, nothing less. Started around 180lbs at about 6%bf (I decided to hit a hard cut natty just to do it) and finished my cycle at around 210lbs, around 11%bf. This cycle ended back in October - since then, I'm a consistent 190-193lbs @8%, which tells me I retained around 10-15 lbs of muscle. Overall I am very satisfied with my results. For reference, I am 6'.

I just started a second cycle. Very similar, 500mg test e with a 5 week tbol kicker. Hoping to finish with 5 weeks of S4 bridged into PCT but having a hard time sourcing.

Been the worst month of training in my life. As of yesterday no upper body for a month, and dosing up on Bpc157/tb500 to try and fix the mess that is my whole left arm. Maintaining decent shape, but not sure if it’s risky to cut anymore while not training upper body, don’t want to lose mah gains but still wanna get a little summer shred

decided last week to be over dieting so i bumped calories back to maintenance/+200, and now im back up to 209 in the morning...
Sorry for shit quality, I rarely take photos. Hid my face and tattoos because I started out a grad school dropout due to heroin addiction and now have an mba and an amazing job—won’t risk it.

I consider these my first 4 cycles, although I technically did one before that but it wasn’t great and I relapsed and lost everything and it wasn’t another 2-3 years before I even stepped foot in a gym again. I’m not someone who wants to be massive and I also don’t feel great at low body fat, makes my depression start up.

Week 7 of my current dbol+ test bulk, currently around 245-250. Need better quality photos, should have better ones in the next month or two. Filling out with a lot of water, especially in my face.
