Today is my birthday. Or well, it was. And I really wanted to make you happy, so that at least someone would be having a good time haha. So I finished a new minigame that is supposed to replace the usual simple button press. My friend and I had a discussion about minigames in my game. He says it is all pointless and that all these minigames are unnecessary. But I think short minigames are a great way to break up the story, especially if they do not take much of the player’s time. What do you think? I understand that some of you came here just to fap to the hentai in the game, and that is okay. But I also want to put my heart into this project. I would be really happy to hear your feedback

About the Game

What could be sweeter than a quiet life on a distant island? Exactly: a life where your criminal past knocks on the door, the local hospital is falling apart before your eyes, and a mysterious shark-girl’s tail flickers in the window. You are Ray Nochi, a former “fixer” who, at your uncle’s invitation, lies low back home and suddenly finds himself running a forgotten hospital. From day one, debts pile up, equipment is broken, and nurse Mari never misses a chance to tease you, all while a strange pain nags at your chest.

This is a nonlinear visual novel with an open world and life-sim/management elements: explore the island, get the hospital back on its feet, upgrade your home, earn money, and—if you dare—try to build a life with the unpredictable guest with the shark tail. You were the right hand of a powerful mafia family until you were framed for 500,000 dollars and 5 kilos of white powder. Now you are on the run.
