let me give you the benefit of the doubt here

if i did make an anti cheat it wouldn’t rely on discord because that’s outside the scope of novetus being an app that shouldn’t rely on any service to function. i have experimented with adding in an anti cheat with the launcher itself, but early experiments haven’t gone well and i’m looking at alternative ways to add it without using dll hooks (as i’m quite unfamiliar with them. i’m a game developer and not someone who’s into reverse engineering). you’re correct in saying that it probably wouldn’t have worked without the launcher, as it’s why i’m considering other options. i have only stated that i’m considering on adding one, which isn’t a threat.

also, i haven’t engaged with the wider mlp community in literal years because in my honest opinion i do not like the wider mlp community. i’m no longer interested in mlp anyways even though i have released things in the past related to it.

i also wouldn’t mind you posting links to kanvas if that community didn’t ask me to delete the links to it. i’m usually very chill when it comes to discussion about other revivals/launchers here, but since kanvas is still a private revival, i’m forced to not allow links to it here.
