Welcome to IGN's Guide to the Super Mario RPG Remake. Originally released for the Super Nintendo by the developers from Square, the Super Mario RPG Remake is a fully remade version of Mario's first RPG that faithfully recreates much of its engaging party-based adventure and quirky dialogue, while adding a few new treats of its own.
When Princess Peach is once again kidnapped by Bowser, Mario sets out to rescue her, only to be drawn into a even bigger event by the arrival of a massive sword crashing into Bowser's Castle. With this new "Smithy Gang" threatening more than just the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario will team up with familiar friends, former enemies, and even a few new faces to collect all the lost Star Pieces to bring wishing back to the world and save the day!

Super Mario RPG Remake Walkthrough
Super Mario RPG is a fairly linear adventure, where Mario is tasked to visit different regions beyond the Mushroom Kingdom and find the missing Star Pieces to rebuild Star Road and stop the Smithy Gang.
