Report on COVID-19 infection among Nogizaka46 members

We regret to inform you that infection with COVID-19 has been confirmed in Nogizaka46 members. The following members have been confirmed to be infected.

Iroha Okuda, Saya Kanagawa, Yuri Kitagawa, Kaede Sato, Rika Sato, Reno Nakamura, Runa Hayashi, Miyu Matsuo, Mio Yakubo, Rena Yamazaki, Ayano Christie Yoshida, and Maaya Wada.

On March 28th (Monday), Rena Yamazaki and Runa Hayashi reported that they were in poor physical condition, and a PCR test was conducted to confirm that they were positive.
In light of this situation, PCR tests were conducted on March 29 (Tue.) and 30 (Wed.) for all 46 Nogizaka members, and ten new positive results were confirmed. All members except those listed above have been confirmed as negative.
Currently, the symptomatic members are recovering and are undergoing medical treatment at home while waiting for instructions from the health center.
We sincerely apologize for the concern of all parties and fans. We would like to continue our group activities and individual member's work with thorough infection control measures in place for both members and staff.
