Target Audience and Goal Statement

This educational activity is intended for an audience of primary care physicians, infectious disease specialists, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician assistants, and other members of the healthcare team involved in patient care.

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to evaluate and implement emerging data and guidelines related to food safety into patient care.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
