The far-infrared heating function utilizes the characteristics of the ceramic material to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, and provides excellent heat retention and slowly transfers heat to the ingredients, allowing you to finish thick and smooth miso soup and soups. Not only can it be used on open flames, but also in the oven, so you can use it with confidence.

The double layer structure of the heavy inner and outer lid creates a pressure cooker seal that effectively prevents spills when cooking. You can also use this ceramic steamer rack (sold separately) for steaming foods. The far infrared effect reduces steaming time and makes delicious foods. The straight flame part is thick and has even heat conduction so you can cook without worrying about the amount of fire.
