Hello Jani
Could you hide the blog post https://gyrovague.com/2023/08/05/archive-today-on-the-trail-of-the-mysterious-guerrilla-archivist-of-the-internet/ from public access, at least for some time (2-3 months) ?
I do not mind the post, but the issue is: journos from mainstream media (Heise, Verge, etc) cherry-pick just a couple of words from your blog, and then construct very different narratives having your post the only citable source; then they cite each other and produce a shitty result to present for a wide audience.
Thanks

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out, and apologies for the slow response, this was in my Spam folder.
I appreciate the service you provide, but I would be more inclined to cooperate if you were not simultaneously sending me legal cease and desist letters and attempting to DDOS my site.
Why do you expect things to be different after 2-3 months? And is there anything in particular (names etc) that you would like to remove permanently?
Jani

Hey,
Just following up on this, since your DDOS attack is starting to draw external attention and even the "Web Abuse Association Defense" has reached out to me.
Cheers, Jani

Hi there,
You reached out to me on January 10th, and I responded on the 15th, but despite several attempts I haven't heard back from you and your DDOS attack continues.
I do not want to aid your enemies, but if you don't cease the DDOS, I'll have to publish a follow up blog post, a copy of which is attached for your review.
Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
Jani

The only response we received from you was the one forwarded to us by Wordp= ress Inc., a chatgpt-generated one with refuse to delete personal informati= on. So now there is no other option but to escalate the matter in various w= ays.

You emailed me with the subject "Could you hide your blog post on archive.today for some time?" on January 10th, and I responded to you directly on January 15th and 21st.
Anyway, taking the blog post down entirely is not an option, but I'm willing to change some wording that you feel is being misrepresented. Let me know.

I don't mind the new blog post, even though it has its problems (feigned mi= sunderstanding of why after 2.5 years, even though I explained it in my let= ter on January 9 - I need the link on mainstream media sites to be 404, you= r article is simply the latest non 404 over there; then you can write as ma= ny new articles on the archive as you want), but it adds new details about = WAAD, which is interesting.
And threatening me with Streisand... having such a noble and rare name, whi= ch in retaliation could be used for the name of a scam project or become a = byword for a new category of AI porn... are you serious?

No, you're Streisanding yourself: the DDOS has already drawn more attention to my blog post than it had gotten in the last two years, with zero action on my side.
The deal I'm offering you is simple: you stop the DDOS, I don't publish the new blog post, and we both pretend this never happened.

One more time: I do not care on your blog and its content. I just need the = links from Heise and other media to be 404.
And I'd prefer your new blog post to be published for its WAAD insights.

If you want to pretend this never happened - delete your old article and po= st the new one you have promised.
And I will not write "an OSINT investigation" on your Nazi grandfather, wil= l not vibecode a gyrovague.gay dating app, etc
