Court documents reveal disturbing details in Warsaw child pornography case
WARSAW, Ind. (WNDU) - New court documents reveal disturbing details about material found during the arrest of a 27-year-old Warsaw man on child pornography charges last week.
According to court documents, police executed a search warrant for Brandon Palmer at a Warsaw hotel where he told officers he was staying with his girlfriend.
Court paperwork shows police were alerted to child sex abuse material in several electronic accounts.
During the search, police found material including hentai, which is animated or illustrated sexual content often featuring cartoon or anime-style characters. According to investigators, Palmer possessed animated pornography showing infants being raped.
According to court documents, Palmer told police he did not know the material was illegal and denied being attracted to children.
Palmer was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail and is being held on $20,000 bond, according to jail records.
Palmer is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
