I knew this was going to happen, but it's still extremely funny having to write this update to my original doc [asahilina.net].

I wonder if any of her users/contributors noticed any of this?

Update 2025-12-07: As of this day (over a year since the above was written), Luna has force-pushed the Inochi2D "main" branch to reset it to the "v0_8" branch (which she has done some refactoring on over the past couple of months), quietly replacing the entire "v0.9" development history, including the commits where she erased most of the existing code including my own contributions. She is now sweeping that entire charade (which caused her largest contributor other than myself to fork) under the rug, and acting like this is just a matter of choosing what to call v0.9. At the time, she had acted like the v0.8 branch was just legacy and deprecated and not the path forward. The old development history, which she wasted a year or two on, is now mostly inaccessible from the official GitHub repo, not even moved to another branch. In other words, she is quietly backtracking on essentially everything she claimed she was going to do for the past year. Thankfully, GitHub makes it pretty hard for her to completely wipe all traces of it, so you may reach the old tip of the main branch here, and the commit where she deleted the entire codebase including my contributions here.
